New designs for a development of ten houses and a block of five offices have been approved by Craven District Council's planning committee.
It is the third time Castle Acoustics has sought permission to redevelop its site at Park Mill on Shortbank Road.
Its two previous applications were refused, but the new plan showed a different style of houses and the opening up of Waller Beck as a feature running through the development.
Planning officers had recommended approval and said the current proposals showed four blocks of buildings arranged around a single access point onto Shortbank Road.
A pair of three-storey semi-detached houses would occupy part of the western section of the site, each with integral garages, and there would be two blocks of four terraced houses fronting onto the cul-de-sac access road.
Another block on the site would provide a terrace of five two-storey offices.
