Plans to build a small estate of homes in Sutton-in-Craven have been resubmitted - just three months after the original scheme was rejected.
BPC Developments' plans to build 30 homes on the former W and JR Thompson (Woodturners) site off Holme Lane was turned down in April because of the loss of employment land.
But now, another plan for 30 two and three-storey homes has been submitted to Craven District Council.
BPC Developments' Sam Jones said the amended scheme included 15 affordable' homes, including one for a disabled person.
The previous application was turned down in April despite a recommendation from planning officers that it be approved.
An earlier application for a similar housing scheme on the site was also turned down by the district council because of a lack of affordable' homes.
It was then refused on appeal because of the loss of industrial land.
