Design students at Craven College are celebrating success in Manchester's Jewel in the City competition.
The event was organised as part of the Ars Ornata Europeana conference and hosted by City College.
The judging was carried out by a panel of respected professionals from the contemporary jewellery community.
Entries came from countries across the globe, including Japan, Portugal, and Spain, and participants were required to design and make a brooch.
Two Craven College HNC 3D design students, Pat Schofield and Erica Naylor, won awards in the competition.
Their work was selected from more than 150 entries and their brooches are now on display in Manchester Craft and Design Centre, located in city's Northern Quarter.
