A man has been arrested in connection with a sneak-in burglary at the home of an elderly widow.
The 27-year-old man was held by police hours after the 81-year-old woman had her purse, containing £30, stolen from her home in Mandale Road, Horton Bank Top, Bradford.
The victim was left shocked and traumatised. Her purse is still missing.
The man was questioned and released on bail pending further inquiries.
Police are continuing to appeal for information about the incident, including the whereabouts of the red ladies purse.
