THE National Union of Teachers is holding a hustings in Keighley themed on the issue of education.
The event is being held at the Central Hall in Keighley at 7.30pm on Tuesday, May 23.
Ian Murch (pictured), of the Bradford NUT, said: “We want there to be real public debate about the future of our children’s education. That is why we invite parents, students and teachers to ask the parliamentary candidates of the main parties what their vision is for the future of our children’s education.
“Children only have one chance in life. We want whoever wins the next General Election to accept that it has to be a better one than they are currently being offered.”
