FOUR plots of agricultural land owned by Bradford Council will go under the hammer at an auction later this month.

If all the lots sell for their asking price, they could bring in £120,000 for the authority.

A 7.48 acre plot at Station Road, Guiseley (pictured) has an asking price of £52,000. It is described as being “on the edge of the sought after village of Esholt, home of the former Woolpack Pub from Emmerdale Farm.”

Just over three acres of land at Hollowfield Beck, off Greenfield Lane, Bierley, has an asking price of £20,000.

A 2.71 acre plot at Merrydale Road, Bierley, has a starting price of £18,000.

And 3.87 acres of land at Apperley Lane, Apperley Bridge has a £30,000 guide price. The land is near the new Apperley Bridge rail station.

The plots will all go under the hammer at the next auction by Pugh Property, which will be held at Leeds United Football Club on Thursday April 27.
