A NEW pop-up exhibition begins later this month on plans for Calderdale’s new Central Library and Archives which is currently being built.
Based in Halifax the new library building is due to open this summer and the exhibition will give visitors a chance to see how the building will look.
Calderdale Council’s cabinet member for neighbourhoods and communities, Councillor Susan Press, said: “As work progresses for the new library, I know many people are eager to see what the building will look like, both inside and out.
“This exhibition will give visitors an idea of what they can expect from the new library and is also a chance to meet our Library Ambassadors.”
The exhibition will take place on April 11, 18 and 28, and May 2, 12, 16, 26 at Halifax Central Library from 10.30am to noon.
