Wyke: construction of single storey rear extension of the following dimensions: depth of extension from original rear wall 4.0m, maximum height of extension 3.5m, height to eaves of extension 2.6m, 1 Silver Birch Grove. Wyke: installation of solar panel (150 KW) on the south-west/south-east roofs, Tiffin House, 20 Commondale Way, Euroway Industrial Estate.
