A man was hit on the head with a brick during a late-night street robbery.
The 33-year-old victim was walking home, in Old Bank Road, Sunnybank, Mirfield, when a man demanded his wallet. The victim refused and the offender fled empty-handed.
The man suffered a small cut to his head and was treated at the scene by paramedics.
The attacker is half-caste, Afro-Caribbean, about 20, thin, 5ft 8ins, wearing a grey hooded top and baseball cap.
