Burley in Wharfedale: demolition of existing conservatory and construction of replacement garden room extension, minor external changes to windows and door positions and external materials, Low Croft, 60B Main Street. Burley in Wharfedale: two storey side extension, 46 Langford Lane.
City centre: aluminium faced slim box sign, 18 Rawson Place. City centre: metal and glass canopy to existing external stair basement access, Sunbridge Wells, Ivegate. Clayton Heights: single storey rear and side extension, 40 Siskin Drive. Clayton: retrospective application for construction of garden room, 2 Tenter Hill. Cottingley: alterations and dormer window to existing second floor bedroom area, 5 Main Street. Cullingworth: change of use of agricultural buildings and land to residential use (C3): two dwellings, barns to the west of Longfield Cottage, Haworth Road.
Eccleshill: change of use of existing disused public house into a dental practice A4 to D1, Prince of Wales Inn, 91 Harrogate Road. Eldwick: construction of a small single storey lean to extension to the side and a larger single storey extension to front to provide a dining/living area, 1 The Old School. Fairweather Green: non material amendment to planning approval 16/07944/HOU: part single/part double storey extension to side and rear of property, 52 Sunningdale.
Girlington: front dormer window and external door to front basement, 18 Birch Street. Great Horton: change of use of A1 retail shop to a mixed use as an A1 retail shop with the introduction of sales of takeaway roti and naan products baked on site, Omar Food Store, 54 St Margaret’s Road. Great Horton: construction of garage to side (retrospective), 93 Kenley Parade. Great Horton: construction of single storey rear extension of the following dimensions: depth of extension from original rear wall 3.5m, maximum height of extension 3m, height to eaves of extension 3m, 89 Hollingwood Lane.
