Ilkley: demolition of existing garage and construction of new single garage with adjacent carport, 52 Bolling Road. Ilkley: garage conversion and alterations, Newholme, 1 Southway, Manor Park. Ilkley: non material amendment to planning approval 15/07583/MAF dated 20.09.16: construction of 44 retirement living apartments, 56 assisted living units, 77 bedroom care home, 2,896m2 office building, two extensions to Spooner Industries Ltd totalling 1520m2 and children’s nursery 376m2 together with associated parking and landscaping works, land at Mayfield Road and Railway Road.
Ilkley: non material amendment to planning permission 15/00575/VOC dated 04.02.2016: removal of condition 2 on planning application 13/04578/FUL which relates to: The proposed spa facility to be created in the basement of Craiglands Hotel shall only be operated or used in connection with the occupation and operation of the existing hotel use at the site and only used by guests staying at the hotel, it shall at no time be severed and operated as a separate unit, Craiglands Hotel, Cowpasture Road. Ilkley: non-material amendment to planning application 15/01043/HOU: extensions above and behind existing double garage to form granny flat, including extending to the rear of the garage, also to include ancillary works, to existing property including extending kitchen, 7 Heath Park.
