THE following planning applications have been lodged with Bradford Council:
City centre: first floor window alterations, 203 Westgate. Clayton Heights: conversion of existing barn to three residential units, construction of six terraced townhouses and one detached house (retrospective), Pollit Farm, Dan Lane. Clayton Heights: single storey extension to existing office/playroom, to contain gym/fitness equipment, the extension will include one additional window to match existing house and extended roofline with addition of gable end to increase roof space for additional storage, 15 Winscar Avenue. Cullingworth: construction of conservatory to rear, 38 Weavers Lane.
Eccleshill: construction of single storey rear extension of the following dimensions: depth of extension from original rear wall 5m, maximum height of extension 4m, height to eaves of extension 3m, 63 Foston Lane. Fairweather Green: double storey side and rear extension, loft conversion, side hip to gable on existing, side extension hip to gable and front flat roof dormer window, 31 Hedge Way.
Great Horton: construction of front and rear dormer windows, 36 Hartington Terrace. Great Horton: construction of single storey rear extension of the following dimensions: depth of extension from original rear wall 4m, maximum height of extension 4m, height to eaves of extension 3m, 8 Glendare Terrace. Great Horton: erection of three storey block of 18 apartments and associated access and car parking, land south of 607 Great Horton Road.
Haworth: construction of two storey dwelling with undercroft garage, The Bungalow, Mill Hill. Heaton: change of roof from hip to gable and front and rear double dormer windows, 66 Briardale Road. Heaton: construction of first floor side extension and part single and two storey rear extension, 8 Malvern Grove. Heaton: construction of part two storey and first floor side extension and provision of vehicle access to rear garden, 22 Shay Drive. Heaton: construction of single storey rear extension of the following dimensions: depth of extension from original rear wall 6m, maximum height of extension 2.7m, height to eaves of extension 3.7m, 156 Haworth Road.
Heaton: dormer windows to front and rear elevations to include feature bay at first floor level to side elevation, 11 Haslingden Drive.
