The YMCA in Bradford is offering a programme of urban conservation activities for people to get stuck into this summer.
The events, organised by the Bradford Environmental Education Service (BEES), will focus on urban sites for the benefit of wildlife and the local community, and run from July until September.
A spokesman for BEES said: "It is about meeting other people and learning skills.
"People will be helping to preserve the habitats of local wildlife when so many are under threat worldwide."
