A meeting of the Healthcare Commission due to take place in Bradford today has been cancelled due to the disruption to travel caused by flooding.
The meeting will now take place in London.
A spokesman for the national healthwatch dog said: "We are very disappointed that we have had to change our plans and we apologise for any inconvenience we have caused.
"We will be changing our schedule so that we can hold a meeting in Bradford at a later date."
