A man has been committed for trial at Bradford Crown Court accused of a "sneak-in" burglary.
Kevin McBride, 35, of St George's Place, Little Horton, is charged with burglary at a flat in an elderly persons' complex in Emily Street, Keighley, at 1.10pm on Monday June 25. He denies the offence.
Bingley magistrates remanded him in custody.
A preliminary hearing to decide the date of the trial is due to take place at Bradford Crown Court on Thursday, July 5.
