Parents, school pupils and teachers are being asked for their views on primary education.
In a bid to find out how Education Bradford is doing, Bradford Council's young people and education improvement committee is inviting people to take part in an ongoing review.
The online questionnaire, which is also aimed at school governors, will be available to complete until July 8.
Committee chairman Coun Andrew Thornton said: "The education of children in the district is of paramount importance.
"We want to hear from parents, teachers, staff, governors and pupils about what works well in primary education, what doesn't, what would make things better and why."
A full report is due to be published in October.
The questionnaire can be accessed by logging on to www.bradford.gov.uk/primaryschoolsurvey.
