The office of the Bradford West Community Housing Trust is closed today due to flooding in the basement of its City House office in Cheapside.
A spokesman for the Trust said telephone lines had been diverted to other Trust offices and staff would continue to provide housing services to customers from local Trust buildings.
Engineers last night inspected the water level and to ensure the health and safety of customers and staff the building is closed today.
The flooding has led to a breakdown in the heating and is close to the main electrical unit.
A counter service is available on the ground floor of the Bradford Housing Advice Service in Brittania House for West City customers.
The main public customer line is operating as usual on (01274) 254700.
The trust said it hoped the West City office would reopen for business tomorrow.
