THREE fire engines from Odsal, Fairweather Green and Bradford, along with an aerial platform, attended a fire in a takeaway which spread to an upstairs flat.
The blaze is believed to have started in ducting at the shop, in Moore Avenue, Wibsey, Bradford.
Fire crews were called out at 11.43pm yesterday and used one jet, two hose reels and six breathing apparatus.
Fifty per cent of the building was involved in the fire over two floors.
It is not yet known if the building was occupied at the time.
