The trial of three men for the alleged murder of Bradford restaurant worker Shazad Hussain is due to begin tomorrow.
Mohammed Niaz Khan, Abdul Wahid Rehman and Sharaz Yaqub, all 25, and of Bradford, are to stand trial at Leeds Crown Court.
Three other Bradford men are also on trial. Abid Ashiq Hussain, 25, is accused of aiding and abetting murder and perverting the course of justice. Mohammed Ghaffar, 34, and Daniel Mark Jones, 23, are charged with conspiracy to pervert the course of justice.
Mr Hussain, 21, was shot dead as he sat in his car in an alley off Leeds Road in September, 2004.
He was married with a three-year-old daughter and the couple's second child was born ten days after his death.
Four more men, who are in their 20s and 30s, have now been charged with conspiracy to pervert the course of justice in connection with the case and are to appear before Bradford magistrates next week.
They include a 37-year-old Bradford solicitor.
