A STAGE performance by pupils at a local school will feature on an episode of a top children's show this afternoon.
Last week a group from Samuel Lister Academy in Cottingley shared the stage of the Alhambra Theatre with the Royal Shakespeare Company as part of a performance of A Midsummer Night's Dream.
It was to mark 400 years since Shakespeare's death, and the children were chosen to portrey Titania's Fairy Train on all five days of the Bradford run.
On their first night, last Tuesday, they were joined by Blue Peter presenter Radzi Chinyanganya, and the story behind the show will be featured on today's episode of the long running children's magazine show.
So far Radzi has completed many challenges on the programme, but has never had to perform live on a theatre stage before.
The episode shows the preparations he went through to take part and parts of the performance.
The episode airs at 5pm on CBBC, and will also be available on the BBC's catch up service.
