The portfolios on Bradford Council's decision-making executive have been reshuffled.
Deputy leader Councillor Dale Smith will be in charge of Adult Services and former Social Care portfolio holder Councillor Martin Smith moves to Community Safety.
Both these posts are new titles. The first is down to a name change with Social Care becoming known as Adult Services, and the second by hiving off responsibilities from the leader's portfolio.
The positions will be confirmed at the next executive meeting on June 26.
Coun Smith was in charge of Children's Services and Education until December when he was replaced by Councillor Colin Gill.
Earlier this month Councillor Mohammad Masood took up a place on the executive with responsibility for the corporate portfolio after Malcolm Sykes lost his Council seat at the local elections.
