Developers and investors will hear details about a new planning framework at an upcoming meeting.
Chris Hughes, head of plans and performance at Bradford Council, will speak about the Local Development Framework, the replacement document for the Unitary Development Plan.
He will also talk about Section 106 obligations, under which developers are asked to provide a benefit to the community, during the meeting of the newly-formed Bradford Property Forum.
There will then be a general discussion followed by a question and answer session.
The forum was launched to provide a strong voice on planning and property issues during the ongoing regeneration of Bradford city centre.
The meeting will take place at the Alhambra Studio, Morley Street, Bradford, at 8am on Tuesday, June 19.
