A FIRE at a house in Bradford that led to the body of a woman being found has been blamed on a candle or a tealight.
West Yorkshire fire service said the blaze started in a bedroom at the property on Thornhill Place, Thornbury, after a candle had burned itself out and sparked a fire.
The fire, which happened at about 9am last Friday, caused damage to the bedroom and smoke damage to the rest of the property.
The woman has yet to be officially identified by police but was named locally as 70-year-old Rosie Hussain.
