CANNABIS with an estimated street value of about £5,000 has been seized by police in a raid on a house in Bradford.
Officers who searched the house in Holme Wood on Monday afternoon found a large quantity of cannabis which was being dried in nets in a converted loft.
They also discovered that the electricity meter had been bypassed.
A 33-year-old woman was arrested, questioned and later released on bail pending further inquiries.
Sergeant Andy Heald, of Bradford police, said the search of the house was carried out following information from the community.
"Located in the search was a reasonably sized cannabis factory in the loft area. A 33-year-old woman was taken to the station for questioning. She has been bailed pending further inquiries," he added.
