The 79-year-old woman who was killed by a hit-and-run driver in Bradford on Wednesday has been named as Rita Turner, from Idle.
She died after being hit by a Vauxhall Astra on Drewton Street, between Westgate and Mannningham Lane at around 2.40pm. The driver did not stop.
A fourth man was arrested this morning in connection with the incident.
The 20-year-old was arrested at his Manningham home at around 5am on suspicion of perverting the course of justice.
He is currently being questioned by Bradford South Police, along with another 20-year-old from Girlington, who was arrested yesterday on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.
Two other men, a 19-year-old and a 24-year-old, who were arrested have been released on police bail.
The usually busy road between West-gate and Manningham Lane was cor-doned off for several hours following the incident.
Police are still appealing for witnesses to the accident.
