TWO men and a woman from Bradford appeared in court today accused of imprisoning a man and sexually assaulting him.
Wayne Collins, 39, of Rosemary Gardens, Allerton; Antony Goggs, 26, of Meadowbank Avenue, Allerton, and Louise Rushforth, 32, of Fieldhead Street, Listerhills, face three charges each. They are, false imprisonment; attempt to cause grievous bodily harm with intent to do grievous bodily harm; and sexual assault on a male.
The offences are alleged to have taken place on October 17, 2013.
Bradford and Keighley Magistrates' Court was told that all three would be pleading not guilty to the accusations.
Their case will next be heard at Bradford Crown Court on March 16.
All three of the accused were released on unconditional bail.
