POLICE and paramedics are at the scene of a serious crash in Canal Road in Frizinghall, Bradford, tonight.
The crash involved a Ford Focus and a Honda motorcycle and has occurred near the junction with Frizinghall Road.
Part of Canal Road has been closed off while the incident is dealt with.
Police said that the motorbike rider, a 32-year-old man, sustained a suspected broken ankle. His injuries are not life threatening.
The Ford driver, who stopped at the scene, was not hurt.
Police were alerted by the ambulance service shortly before 6.30pm.
* Two ambulances are at the scene of a crash involving a car and a motorcycle on the Drighlington bypass.
The collision happened at around 6.22 this evening.
A spokesman for the Yorkshire Ambulance Service said it sent a rapid response vehicle and an ambulance to the scene.
The spokesman said he had no information about whether anyone had been injured.
