A man accused of attempted murder following an alleged shooting incident two and a half years ago could stand trial in November.
Jibrhan Jamal Khan, 23, of Woodroyd Road, West Bowling, is charged with attempting to murder Hojat Fatahi on October 1, 2004.
He faces an alternative charge of wounding Mr Fatahi with intent to cause him grievous bodily harm.
Khan appeared in custody before a judge at Bradford Crown Court today and was told a provisional trial date had been set for November 12.
Khan's next appearance at the crown court will be on August 3 when he is expected to formally enter his pleas to the two charges.
Judge Jennifer Kershaw QC remanded Khan back into custody until the next hearing.
