The Guiseley Factory Workers Club has won CAMRA's top annual award for Leeds.
The club in Town Street has beaten competition from pubs throughout the city to win the Leeds CAMRA Pub of the Year 2006/2007.
The victory is seen as a notable achievement for the club which has a range of four cask conditioned real ales' compared to city centre competitors which offer eight or ten choices.
The club has carved out its own niche and concentrates on selling Yorkshire-brewed beers. The award is likely to be presented in early July.
