A teenager accused of causing havoc on a Bradford estate has been given an interim ASBO.
Kevin Hayley, 17, has been banned from acting in a manner likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress under the terms of the order issued by city magistrates today.
The court was told that the teenager has allegedly committed a number of crimes including robbery and criminal damage. Other allegations include verbal abuse to the residents of Allerton and police, as well as criminal damage.
The magistrates heard that he has been arrested 34 times.
Under the terms of the order Hayley, of Freshfield Gardens, Allerton, is banned from engaging in spitting, using verbal abuse or throwing sticks or other missiles; contacting named prosecution witnesses; and acting in a manner likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress.
He was told that if he breaches the order he can be locked up for two years. Hayley will be back in court for a full ASBO hearing on June 13.
