A WINDING up petition lodged against Bradford Bulls by HM Revenue and Customs has been withdrawn, the club said yesterday.
In a statement, the club said: "Bradford Bulls Board of Directors can announce the winding up petition against the club has been successfully removed.
"The Board would like to apologise for any concern this may have caused our sponsors, members and supporters."
Club chairman Marc Green apologised for the length of time it had taken to deal with the matter.
In a tweet Mr Green said: "Sorry it took longer than expected but can confirm the Winding Up Petition has now been removed."
In October Mr Green dismissed the winding-up petition as having been "incorrectly lodged".
