Bradford residents feel they are less likely to be a victim of crime than they were a few years ago, according to a survey.
The Speak Out Survey carried out by Bradford Council asks questions across a range of issues including the public's perception of crime and the fear of crime.
Respondents were asked how likely they thought they were going to become a victim of particular crimes in the next 12 months, such as vehicle crime, burglary, vandalism, robbery, racial attacks and domestic violence.
A total of 22 per cent felt that Bradford was mostly or totally unsafe compared to 25 per cent in 2003.
Dale Smith, Deputy Leader of Bradford Council, said: "The fear of crime is steadily going down which is a great boost for everyone."
