Construction of conservatory, 50 Slead Avenue. Construction of garage/disabled scooter store. Halifax: revised scheme to approval 05/01548 (conversion of barn to three dwellings) incorporating garages, additional doors and artificial slate roof, Lower Horley Green Farm, Horley Green Road. Hipperholme: change of condition to increase total number of children from 64 to 67, Greenglade, Denholmegate Road.
Hipperholme: proposed residential development including demolition of two existing dwellings and garage (Outline), site of Moorlands and Stonegarth, Kirk Lane. Hipperholme: prune one tree (Tree Preservation Order), 33 The Grove. Hipperholme: two storey side extension, 17 Southedge Close, Hipperholme. One new illuminated Sainsbury's' building sign. One non illuminated Sainsbury's brand ATM surround around existing ATMs (Advertisement Consent), Sainsbury's, Mill Lane. Shelf: first floor extension to side, 16 Broad Ings Way. Two non illuminated Sainsbury's brand welcome walls.
