Ian Beckram starred for Bradford Park Avenue Reserves as they won the Bradford & District FA Senior Cup for the first time.
Beckram's man-of-the-match performance included scoring the decisive second goal as his side beat Wibsey 2-1 at Valley Parade.
Defending champions Wibsey had already secured the West Riding County Premier League Premier Division title and were looking to complete a memorable season by retaining the cup.
But Avenue had other ideas and went close to opening the scoring on a couple of occasions before Luke Sherman gave them the lead after 17 minutes.
They could have doubled the advantage minutes later when a shot from James Hurtley rattled the crossbar, although Wibsey were unlucky not to equalise when Damian Melvin shot against the upright.
Wibsey stepped up a gear in the second half but were unable to set up their forwards and it came as no surprise when Beckram added Avenue's second goal following a fumble by keeper Richard Thompson.
Melvin did pull one back with a 20-yard volley but although Wibsey then piled on the pressure, they were unable to find an equaliser.
Meanwhile, Campion ended their season on a high with a 4-2 Premier Division victory at Halifax Irish to take third place behind Wibsey and Bay Athletic.
Mick Burke and an own goal by Sammy Lumb earned a 2-0 interval advantage, before a third from Danny Brown sparked the Irishmen into life.
Strikes from Steven Morley and Chris Ellerby turned the game into a keen contest, only for Roland Egege's goal to then kill off the comeback.
Steeton ended their Division One season with a surprise 4-2 home win over champions Meltham Athletic thanks to goals by Ashley Nettleton, Tony Cooper, Nick Mahoney, and Aaron Hollindrake.
Bronte Wanderers now need now only one point from their final two games to clinch the Division Two title after rivals Tyersal Reserves drew 2-2 at home to Hunsworth.
Brighouse Town Reserves moved above Tyersal into second place with a 4-1 win over rock-bottom Barclays.
