A father-of-two has pedalled in the pounds by cycling 206 miles.
Network Rail employee Gary Smith, 47, completed the journey across the Pennine Ring to raise cash for Bradford Cancer Support's Daisy Appeal.
He chose to help the charity, which is aiming to raise £1.1 million to build a base near Bradford Royal Infirmary, to thank it for the support it offered during his father's battle with lung cancer.
Mr Smith, who wore one of the new BCS T-shirts, will help the appeal which stands at £770,000. Fund-raising manager Maureen Burns said: "This is fantastic."
Those sponsoring Mr Smith more than £5 will be entered into a prize draw. To pledge support telephone BCS on (01274) 776688.
