A traditional pub is up for sale and is expected to fetch more than £350,000 at auction.
The Winston Churchill, in Wakefield Road, Bradford, will go under the hammer next week at a commercial sale held by Erinaceous Auctions.
The pub, which is let to Publico Limited, is being sold as a going concern.
Head auctioneer Felix Rigg said the pub was likely to appeal to private investors.
He said: "It is being sold tenanted and my guess is that it will be bought by an individual because it's a ready-made investment.
"If it goes above £375,000 I shall be extremely pleased. The guide price is £350,000.
"Traditionally, the private investor has tended to favour things on the high street for the last 30 years, but increasingly it has become a little more sophisticated.
"There's an appetite for licensed premises in the private investor market. We have got a sprinkling of other pubs up for auction."
Mr Rigg said the Winston Churchill was owned by a private property company.
The auction will start at noon, on Wednesday at Le Meridien, Piccadilly, London.
