The Bradford Society of Chartered Accountants has raised more than £3,500 for the Lord Mayor of Bradford, Choudhary Rangzeb's charity appeal.
The cheque, for £3,780, was presented at the society's annual meeting at the Bradford Club today. The money was raised at its annual dinner on Red Nose Day and it is also gave £930 to Comic Relief.
The Society also officially welcomed incoming president David Warren at meeting.
The Lord Mayor's Appeal is raising cash for the Born in Bradford project and the Bradford Sports and Recreation Association for People with Disabilities.
