Khalid E Balson, aged 30, of Wilmer Road, Heaton; driving a vehicle which was not fitted with lamps, reflectors, rear marking and devices as required by lighting regulations, £75 fine, £40 costs.
Thurston Rodwell Gentles, aged 45, of Knutsford Grove, Holme Wood; driving without insurance, banned from driving for two years; driving without a licence, driving without MOT, failure to produce documents, no separate penalty. Scott James Deighton, aged 29, of Allerton Grange Drive, Allerton; driving while disqualified, £60 costs, 12 months' community order, 100 hours' unpaid work, banned from driving for six months; driving without insurance, no separate penalty. Gary Waterhouse, aged 32, of Bishopdale Holme, Buttershaw; criminal damage, £150 compensation, £60 costs.
Patrick Liam Lee, aged 19, of Lime Street, Great Horton; drink-driving/attempted drink-driving, £60 costs, 12 months' community order, 60 hours' unpaid work, banned from driving for two years. Sohiel Shabir, failure to provide insurance, £10 fine, £40 costs. P & B Foods, of Planetrees Road, Bowling; unlawfully used a goods vehicle when there was no valid goods vehicle test certificate in force, £330 fine, £148 costs.
Andrew Leadbeater, T/A Leadbeater Transport, of Wyke Lane, Wyke; unlawfully used a goods vehicle when the maximum number of vehicles on the operator's licence was exceeded, £500 fine, £148 costs; unlawfully used a vehicle when there was no valid goods vehicle test certificate in force, £330 fine. Philip Anthony Rodwell, aged 28, of West Shaw Farm, Oxenhope; failure to display operator's disc, £200 fine, £148 costs; driving without a licence, £100 fine, licence endorsed. David Rothery, aged 30, of Overend Street, Wibsey; breach of community order, £45 costs, additional residency requirement.
Rachel Wood, aged 31, of Bolton Hall Road, Bolton; dishonestly failed to notify change in circumstances, £75 costs, 12 months' community order, 50 hours' unpaid work. Deborah Wood, aged 49, of Clydesdale Drive, Wibsey; two counts of dishonestly failing to notify change of circumstances, £75 costs, 24 months' conditional discharge. Claire Louise Allen, aged 32, of Kins Road, Bingley; speeding, £110 fine, £40 costs, licence endorsed.
