AMATEUR baker Sandy Docherty will baking up sweet treats to try and impress judges Mary Berry and Paul Hollywood on tonight's Great British Bake Off.
Ms Docherty, a child protection and welfare officer at Baildon's Titus Salt School, stayed in the show last week despite her poppy-inspired basket of bread flowers labelled a "little bit clumsy" by judge Ms Berry.
Ms Docherty (pictured), who lives in Yeadon, had told judges that baking bread was in her blood and was part of her Irish ancestry.
Tonight the remaining nine contestants will be serving up the sweet ending to every meal - desserts.
The signature challenge comes in the form of a French classic - creme brulee - when the bakers need to achieve the perfect wobble.
