AN E-fit of a man accused of assaulting a woman by pulling her hair has been released by police.
The 29-year-old woman suffered the assault while she was stood outside a property on Lowood Lane in Birstall on May 22. Between 5.20pm and 5.35pm two men approached the woman and following a brief verbal exchange one man pulled her hair. Police say the assault caused "pain but no visible injury."
The man was in his 20s, around 6ft tall, skinny and had blonde hair and blue eyes.

He was wearing a light grey hooded top, navy blue Adidas tracksuit bottoms and light grey and blue Adidas trainers.
PC Chris Merrick, of Batley and Spen Neighbourhood Policing Team, said: "We would urge anyone who recognises the pictured man, or indeed the man himself, to make contact to assist us with our ongoing enquiries. Anyone with information should call the Batley & Spen Neighbourhood Policing Team via 101."
