Biingley man charged with children's home sex offences
A BINGLEY man is due to appear in court charged with historic sexual offences at a Leeds children's home.
Seymour Stephenson-Dall, 73, has been charged with four counts of indecent assault at the East Moor home in the 1970s.
He is due to appear at Leeds Magistrates' Court on Wednesday, July 15.
Mr Stephenson-Dall was arrested as part of Operation Polymer, an ongoing investigation into abuse at children’s homes in Leeds.
A total of 12 people have been arrested, of which three have been charged, with nine on police bail pending further enquiries.
A further three have been interviewed voluntarily.
