VOLUNTEERS are being sought to give people guided tours of one of Bradford's most treasured heritage assets.
Bradford Council is looking for people to greet visitors and provide help for this summer's Sneaky Peek tours around City Hall.
Last year's event attracted about 3,000 new visitors to City Hall, with people getting a chance to explore the Grade I listed landmark.
This year's Sneaky Peek event at City Hall will take place on Wednesdays between 2pm and 4pm and Thursdays from 10am until noon from August 5 until 10 September.
To become a volunteer or for more information please contact Penny Green, volunteer coordinator for Bradford Museums and Galleries, on 01274 435900 or email penny.green@bradford.gov.uk.
All volunteers will be provided with training and the deadline for volunteers to apply is Monday, June 22.
Councillor Susan Hinchcliffe, Bradford Council's executive member for education, skills and culture, said: "It is great that we are able to open the doors once again this summer and give more people the chance to look around this wonderful building, which is part of the city's heritage."
