LOYAL firefighters and support staff from the Bradford district were honoured for their long service by the West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service.
Watch manager Simon Moore, who is watch commander of Bradford Fire Station's blue watch, was awarded the Fire Service Long Service and Good Conduct Medal for 20 years' service.
Crew manager Jarrod Stoney, crew commander at Bradford Fire Station, received the same honour, which was first introduced by Royal Warrant in 1954.
They were two of 24 firefighters from across West Yorkshire to be given this accolade.
Sheelagh Paryazani, station clerk for Odsal and Illingworth Fire Stations, was one of two support staff in West Yorkshire to be recognised.
She was also handed a Certificate of Appreciation in 2013 for her contribution to fundraising for The Fire Fighters Charity.
The awards were handed out at West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service headquarters in Birkenshaw on Saturday. The presenting officer was the Deputy Lieutenant of West Yorkshire, Major Stan Hardy.
Chief Fire Officer Simon Pilling said: "The Long Service Medals and Awards represent loyal and dedicated service from individuals who are committed to our ambition of making West Yorkshire a safer place to live and work."
