SPORTING stars were in 'A League of Their Own' in Calverley Park today.
Villagers got a surprise when some of sport's and comedy's biggest names turned up to play cricket.
Former footballer Jamie Redknapp, boxer Amir Khan, former England cricketer Andrew 'Freddy' Flintoff and comedian Jack Whitehall were all there.
The celebrities took a break from play to take selfies and have a chat with locals. They were being filmed by London-based CPL Productions Ltd.
All the stars have previously been on Sky's sports panel show - A League Of Their Own, hosted by James Corden.
But no one from the production company would confirm what filming was for when the Telegraph & Argus contacted it yesterday.
However, posters were up warning people if they did "not want to appear in the show" they should notify a member of the production team immediately on entering the park.
