Restoration work begins at St Georges Hall Bradford 2.6.15. (27853408)
A NUMBER of roads in the centre of Bradford will be closed around one of the district's most important concert halls to allow its condition to be assessed.
Surveyors are looking at the roof and masonry of St George's Hall in Bradford, which is due to undergo a major refurbishment next year.
As part of the survey work, roads will be closed around the building later this month so workers can access higher areas using a crane.
The road closures on Drake Street, Hall Ings and Bridge Street will take place on June 13 to 16, with only one road closed at a time.
