Driver cut free from car wreckage after collision in Bradford
BRADFORD firefighters cut a driver from the wreckage of a crashed Vauxhall Corsa after the car clipped a lamp post on Wakefield Road at 4.15am today.
The green hatchback with two passengers was travelling away from the city centre when it appears to have hit a kerb and then its rear collided with the post near the junction with Bowling Back Lane.
The injured driver in his mid-20s was taken to Bradford Royal Infirmary for treatment.
