A RETROSPECTIVE planning application has been submitted for a cabin installed without consent at a Bradford diner.
Unique AD Ltd, acting as the agent, has applied for permission for the cabin which is at the back of Romeo's American Diner at 353 Great Horton Road.
The cabin is painted in sandstone colour and it backs on to a three-metre full length wall.
The application says: "The cabin is placed at the rear of the premises.
"It is of a superior quality, robust and blends in well within the site and outlook. It does not protrude any other buildings in Great Horton Road."
