FAMILY, friends, Walt Disney stars and superheroes are helping Ethan Greenwood raise funds for the Bubble Unit where he will get specialist care over the next months.

Superhero and Disney-themed fun and games are planned at Bradford Ice Rink on June 27 from 4.30pm to 7pm. Tickets cost £4 and there will be a sponsored walk round Shipley on Saturday, May 30.

Ethan’s aunt Dawn Fletcher and her partner Dawny Robb, of Old Park Road, Greengates, Bradford, and their friend Nathan Musson, also of Bradford, are hoping for a big turnout to the two events, which will help the Bubble Foundation UK buy more medical equipment, toys and educational aids for the special unit, as well fund essential research.

Gill Johnston, of the Bubble Foundation, said: “It’s fantastic what Ethan and his friends are doing for us. Donations help us keep our patients busy in their bubbles and get home as soon as they can to lead normal lives again.”
