Prom dresses stolen in overnight raid
SIXTY prom dresses were stolen from a dress shop last night.
Police are appealing for witnesses after the burglary at Miss Elegance Dress Shop on Low Lane in Birstall.
At around 11.45pm suspects forced entry into the shop and stole the dresses, which they then loaded into a waiting black Vauxhall Astra.

One of the suspects, described as a white male with his hood up, got into the passenger side of the Astra.
Anyone with any information about this robbery, or the whereabouts of the stolen prom dresses, has been asked to call Batley Neighbourhood Policing Team on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
