A FAMILY of five had to evacuate their home after car fire spread to the property early today.
Police investigating the case have this morning arrested a 35-year-old man on suspicion of arson.
Fire crews from Keighley, Bingley and Shipley were called to St Mary's Road, Riddlesden, Keighley, shortly after 2am.
They found an Audi on fire close to the back of the house.
The occupants, three adults and two children, had been woken by smoke alarms and escaped to safety through the front door.

The fire damaged windows and a door at the house, and also caused smoke damage to a neighbouring house.
"When we arrived the car was well alight and the flames were in danger of spreading into the house," said Keighley fire service watch commander Darrell Hird.
It took several hours for the crew to make the scene safe, and gas engineers were called in after it was revealed the fire had caused a gas leak.
Police and a fire investigation team are probing the cause of the blaze.
